In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services when participating in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Important: Document Privacy
We do NOT collect, store, or retain your uploaded documents. All documents are processed in memory only and are permanently deleted immediately after conversion. We cannot recover or access your documents after processing is complete.
Sensitive Information.
We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data.
We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Information automatically collected
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information). If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.
7. HOW WE HANDLE YOUR DOCUMENTS
In Short: Your documents are processed in memory only and are permanently deleted immediately after conversion. We never store your files.
Document Processing & Privacy
In-Memory Processing Only:
- When you upload a document, it is processed entirely in memory (RAM)
- Your documents are NEVER written to disk or stored on our servers
- Processing happens in real-time and documents exist only during conversion
Immediate Deletion:
- Documents are permanently deleted immediately after conversion is complete
- Once you download your converted file, the original is gone forever
- We cannot recover, access, or retrieve your documents after processing
What We Do NOT Do:
- We do not read, analyze, or retain document contents
- We do not use your documents for AI training or any other purpose
- We do not share your documents with third parties
- We do not create backups or copies of your documents
- We do not log or store document content or metadata
Your privacy is our top priority. We designed our system specifically to ensure your sensitive documents remain private and secure.
8. PAYMENT PROCESSING
In Short: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
When you purchase credits on our platform, all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. (https://stripe.com), a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.
What This Means:
- We do not store credit card information: Your payment details (credit card numbers, CVV, etc.) are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Secure payment processing: Stripe uses industry-leading encryption and security measures to protect your payment information.
- Payment data: We only receive confirmation of successful payments and the amount paid. We never have access to your full credit card details.

9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
11. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
